Warranty & Return Policy
2 Year Full Warranty (Parts & In Factory Labor)
Warranty ONLY covers in-factory labor and the cost of parts. Warranty DOES NOT cover shipping costs for parts or repair. If the sign requires in-factory servicing, shipping (both ways) will not be covered by our warranty.
We stand behind the products we sell. Our first class customer service is here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have before or after the sale.If you are not satisfied with any 4LEDSIGN.NET product you may return it within 7 days for replacement or refund.
General Return Information
Please contact us before returning any merchandise for any reason. All non damaged returns within the 7 day period will receive a full refund. All merchandise (unless damaged in shipping) must be returned to us in new re-sellable condition with the original box, all factory or product manuals and factory packaging materials. Failure to include these materials may result in our not accepting your return.
Returns for any reasons other than items damaged during shipping/manufacturing defects are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. This applies to products with free shipping orers as well.
30 Day Return Policy
After 7 days but before 30 days, a 20 % restocking fee and the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. This applies to products with free shipping orders as well.
If your product appears damaged during shipping, REJECT the package. If the delivery person has left contact us as soon as possible. 4LEDSIGN.NET must be notified of any shortage or damaged merchandise within 7 days. If upon opening your sign you find a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days upon receipt of the item for a Full Refund or Replacement.
How to Return a Package

2. Package your return carefully. If possible use the original box and don’t forget to include all factory or product manuals and factory packaging materials. Failure to include these materials may result in our not accepting your return.
We suggest you check with the shipping service you will be using to return your package to insure that the package is packed properly. We also suggest you purchase insurance on the package equal to the value of the merchandise. You are responsible for return shipping charges. You are responsible for any damage that may occur during return shipping.

4. Please Note the following: Some products are drop shipped from the manufacturer. Regardless of point of origin all merchandise must be returned to the above address for proper credit. Merchandise not returned to the above address is subject to a 20% restocking fee. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
